Cancellation Policy

Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth experience: Eligibility: This consultation is available to new clients only. The consultation is limited to one per family. Scheduling: Consultations must be scheduled in advance through our website or by contacting our office. Consultations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Duration: Each consultation will last 15 minutes. If additional time is needed, a full evaluation can be scheduled. Scope: The consultation provides an opportunity to ask questions about your child’s development, discuss concerns, and learn how occupational therapy may benefit your child. This session is informational and does not include a full assessment or therapy session. Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel may result in the inability to reschedule. If you do not attend the scheduled consultation, it will be considered a no-show and you will not be able to schedule again. Confidentiality: All information shared during the consultation will remain confidential, in accordance with our privacy policy. Follow-Up: Following the consultation, if a formal assessment or therapy services are recommended, our office will assist you in scheduling the next steps.
