Aquatic Therapy
At Vida Kids Therapy, we specialize in providing comprehensive pediatric aquatic therapy services designed to support children in developing strength, coordination, balance, and overall motor skills in a fun and supportive water environment. Our approach uses the natural properties of water to promote movement, confidence, sensory regulation, and functional mobility while making therapy engaging and motivating for children. Our skilled therapy team works with children ages 0–5 and beyond, supporting a wide range of developmental and physical needs through individualized, play-based aquatic sessions that help children build confidence, improve motor abilities, and thrive both in and out of the water.
Who Aquatic Therapy is For:
Aquatic therapy can benefit children with a wide range of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and sensory needs. The supportive properties of water can help children move more freely, build confidence, and participate in activities that may be more challenging on land. At Vida Kids Therapy, our aquatic therapy program is individualized to meet each child’s unique goals and abilities.

How it works?
Our aquatic therapy sessions are held on Saturdays in the Westchester area and are conducted by skilled pediatric therapists in a supportive, fun, and engaging environment. Sessions are individualized to each child’s unique needs and goals, using water-based activities to support strength, coordination, balance, sensory regulation, and overall motor development.
Aquatic therapy takes place in a warm pool setting where children can build confidence and participate in therapeutic movement with the added support and resistance of water. Sessions may include exercises, games, mobility activities, and play-based interventions designed to encourage progress while keeping children motivated and engaged.
